OurWorld offers a virtual world filled with exploration and online games for tweens and young teenagers. The game is developed by FlowPlay and can be played within your browser making it both popular and accessible.
After you create your account you’ll be able to heavily customize your avatar which will be your connection to the game world. After your advance further into the game and collect more of the in game currency you’ll be able to access even more items and accessories to use.
Much of your time in OurWorld will be spent playing the large collection of games available which are mostly casual offerings with the odd multiplayer game also included. OurWorld follows a very standard gameplay pattern with players playing games and performing other activities in the world to earn the in game currency (flow) which can be used to customize your avatar or buy furniture for your virtual home.
The currency can also be traded in for experience which helps the player level up and access even more of the game content. The max level is constantly increasing to provide a challenge for players and currently sits at a maximum level of 150.
You can’t ignore the other side of the coin in OurWorld though which is a highly social experience. In OurWorld players can befriend others, gift items, take part in contests, join interest groups and more. The game even allows marriage, adoption and a popularity rating system to take the social side one step further.
The fun doesn’t stop there in this virtual world though with plenty of other features that will mean there is always something to do in this ever growing and exciting virtual world.
The game has an obvious skew towards a female audience so there isn’t much for you if you’re outside that demographic. The mixture of social and gaming does makes for a very attractive game none the less.
